Dr. Toye Sobande is a strategic leadership expert, lawyer, professor, and globally recognized thought leader in organizational leadership and institutional transformation. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and is author of The Leadership Myth. He is CEO of Stephens Leadership Consultancy LLC, advising leaders on strategy and organizational effectiveness. A weekly columnist with BusinessDay, he writes on leadership, governance, and culture. Dr. Sobande is also a Professor of Management at Dallas Baptist University, and Professor of Cross-Cultural Competence at Dallas Theological Seminary (Dallas, Texas), and Rome Business School, teaching leadership and strategic management.
